NOAA Year in Review

Tim Gallaudet. usni.org. March 2026.

Gallaudet reviews reported NOAA achievements and a forecasting failure, and offers policy recommendations. This provides professional context rather than a new UAP encounter, private briefing or government invitation.

Complete offered professional article; no new UAP-contact account

Confirmation of Interstellar Object: memorandum for NASA Science Mission Directorate

John E. Shaw (typed signer in author-hosted reproduction). lweb.cfa.harvard.edu. March 1, 2022.

This author-hosted reproduction presents a Space Command memorandum to NASA. Its first paragraph attributes 99.999% confidence to the Siraj–Loeb paper; the second reports Mozer’s qualitative confirmation of a sufficiently accurate velocity estimate. It supplies no raw data, numerical uncertainty analysis or researcher classified access. The page concerns the same meteor chain, rather than a new detection or technological-origin finding.

Author-hosted public reproduction read; official authentication unresolved

UFO Briefing Document: The Best Available Evidence

Don Berliner, Marie Galbraith, Antonio Huneeus. openminds.tv. December 1995.

This advocacy compilation collects case histories, reproduced illustrations, scientific opinions and reported government interactions. Review preserves missing originals, weather and instrument alternatives, negative corroboration, denied access and personal versus official positions. Reported briefings and funding allegations remain attributed testimony or interpretation. Caption, date and footnote conflicts remain unresolved. The compilation does not independently authenticate extraordinary causes, samples, programmes or custody.

Roswell Testimony — dependent compilation

Christopher Schmidt, compiler. avalonlibrary.net. January 14, 1993.

Schmidt compiles Roswell recollections, mostly attributed to Friedman and Berliner’s Crash at Corona. Review separates personal observations, family and anonymous relays, editorial brackets and later interpretation. Threat, shipment and material accounts retain missing originals and contrary details. Conflicting body counts, uncertain identities and material descriptions remain unresolved. Multiple Henderson sections share one underlying informant. This dependent compilation does not independently authenticate a crash, extraordinary materials or government custody.

Underwater UFOs Former U.S. Navy Rear Admiral Tim Gallaudet

Tim Gallaudet, Gary Anderson. iheart.com. July 24, 2026.

Gallaudet reports manuscript review, advisory-board recommendations, government letters and endorsement refusals. He also relays anonymous submarine accounts and an alleged intelligence email with video; direct custody and viewing remain unknown. He distinguishes reported ocean regions from bases and says he lacks bathymetric evidence for bases. A described NOAA expedition found no UAP or civilization evidence.

Tedesco, Massimo Teodorani, Jacques Vallée, Michaël Vaillant, Beatriz Villarroel, Wesley A. Watters. arxiv.org. 2025.

This coauthored review surveys reported aerospace and undersea phenomena, historical cases and proposed research. Selected figure pages distinguish drawings, photographs, material reports and hypothetical interpretations. Its coauthors and reproduced cases do not supply independent verification of underlying events, anomalous materials or government programmes.

Spatially Segregated Macrophage Populations Predict Distinct Outcomes in Colon Cancer

Magdalena Matusiak, John W. Hickey, David G.P. van IJzendoorn, Guolan Lu, Lukasz Kidziński, Shirley Zhu, Deana R.C. Colburg, Bogdan Luca, Darci J. Phillips, Sky W. Brubaker, Gregory W. Charville, Jeanne Shen, Kyle M. Loh, Derick K. Okwan-Duodu, Garry P. Nolan, Aaron M. Newman, Robert B. West, Matt van de Rijn. ebi.ac.uk. March 27, 2024.

This observational human-tissue study associates distinct macrophage populations with different colon-cancer outcomes: IL4I1 with favorable survival in two reported cohorts and SPP1 with unfavorable survival in one. Nested cells and tissue regions are not independent patients; no adjusted or prospectively validated clinical predictor is established. A reused breast-cancer treatment-response measure is T-cell receptor expansion, a surrogate. Nolan is a Resources coauthor. Public cancer-research grants name other recipients and establish no classified approach or UAP programme. Figures and supplements remain unreviewed.

Variation of Immune Cell Responses in Humans Reveals Sex-Specific Coordinated Signaling Across Cell Types

Gabriela K. Fragiadakis, Zachary B. Bjornson-Hooper, Deepthi Madhireddy, Karen Sachs, Han Chen, David R. McIlwain, Matthew H. Spitzer, Sean C. Bendall, Garry P. Nolan. pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov. March 28, 2022.

This healthy-donor study describes correlated immune responses and sex-associated differences within one cohort. Its reported prediction tests use donors from that same cohort; clinical or causal conclusions are not established. Root reviewed results, discussion, captions and declarations, with the entire Methods section excluded. FDA contracts are acknowledged at work level without identifying Nolan as their individual recipient. Nolan advised and edited the study; these public acknowledgements do not establish a classified UAP approach.

The 2019 Discovery of a Meteor of Interstellar Origin

Amir Siraj, Abraham Loeb. arxiv.org. April 15, 2019.

Siraj and Loeb infer an interstellar meteor trajectory from catalogue inputs and an assumed error model. The paper attributes uncertainty information to Heavner and quotes a reported DoD statement, with Worden, Daniels, Shaw, Mozer, an anonymous analyst and Hurd credited for distinct clarification roles. Original correspondence and classified data were not received. Conditional confidence, ordinary bound comparators, population assumptions and mass-budget tension remain. Government review does not establish researcher classified access, artificial origin or recovered material.

Confrontations — later text and apparatus, separate rendition

Jacques Vallee. jacquesvallee.net. 1990.

This separate rendition supplies later chapters and apparatus. Native-layout review preserves reported private contacts and invitations, the author’s correction of a government role attributed to him, ordinary material results and unresolved witness accounts. These reports do not authenticate original records, programme access or case conclusions.

UFO Afrinews No1 (July 1988, first reprint) — official denials and uncertain access

Cynthia Hind, Maria Sullivan, Prier Wintle. files.afu.se. July 1988.

Hind recounts police testimony and contrary laboratory claims at Rosmead, says she has access to unnamed governmental psychologists, and publishes a former consul’s personal sighting account. Proposed cooperation and reported official roles do not establish programme access. Retrospective sleep-related reports, prompted recollections, ordinary alternatives and negative searches remain explicit. The accompanying book review and evolutionary essay are distinct from verified clinical or technical findings.

The UFO Experience: A Scientific Inquiry — Corgi 1974 scan

J. Allen Hynek. cufos.org. 1974.

Hynek recounts his investigation work, a reported Air Force invitation and consultancy, and encounters with witnesses. He distinguishes secondhand reports from his own ambiguous observations and considers ordinary explanations. The reviewed book accounts do not independently authenticate appointments, original correspondence, case evidence or classified access.
