UFO Briefing Document: The Best Available Evidence

This advocacy compilation collects case histories, reproduced illustrations, scientific opinions and reported government interactions. Review preserves missing originals, weather and instrument alternatives, negative corroboration, denied access and personal versus official positions. Reported briefings and funding allegations remain attributed testimony or interpretation. Caption, date and footnote conflicts remain unresolved. The compilation does not independently authenticate extraordinary causes, samples, programmes or custody.

What we checked

The previously accepted 4,650 supplied extracted lines remain preserved without duplicate reading credit. A new ordinary public receipt delivered a 148-page PDF matching the December 1995 bibliographic family, with 2010 conversion metadata. All 148 received native layouts were actually viewed in seven disjoint scopes: root viewed 24 pages, specialists viewed 124. Major illustrations, quotation apparatus, captions and contrary details were reviewed. Complete analytical packets and frozen hashes were reviewed by root. This does not establish historical byte identity, physical 1995 original receipt, exhaustive glyph fidelity or full line-by-line equivalence with the old extraction.

Accepted supplied text; all 148 received native layouts viewed with original-edition gaps

How we check sources

Not checked yet

  • The physical 1995 original, historical cloud parent hash and full extraction-to-received-rendition collation remain unverified. A bibliographic match does not prove byte or edition equivalence.
  • Reproduced diagrams, photographs, radar panels and laboratory-labelled charts are source-dependent. Raw tapes, film, specimens, calibration, source letters and other originals were not received in these native lanes; earlier independent scopes remain preserved.
  • Caption and prose conflicts, Amarante and other dates, a Rendlesham footnote year, a treaty heading, footnote numbering and literal name variants remain unresolved. Fine handwriting, radar/map numerals, diacritics and tiny glyphs are not exhaustively certified.
  • Goldwater reports denied entry and unknown contents; Schiff reports referral rather than a completed briefing. Personal beliefs, general briefing/funding allegations, professional titles and proposals do not establish achieved access, official endorsement or a functioning programme.
  • Negative sightings, missing reports, natural and instrument alternatives and source-era contrary assessments remain attached to the cases. These views do not add independent witnesses, establish medical causation or authenticate extraordinary hardware.
