Enthalpy Change from Pure Cubic Ice Ic to Hexagonal Ice Ih
A laboratory ice-phase study distinguishes a transition from relaxation and compares earlier measurements. Its atmospheric implications require further direct testing. Laboratory characterization is distinct from authenticated halo samples. Acknowledged fellowships, technical assistance and institutional support do not establish classified government UAP tasking.

Root read all 637 supplied text labels across three returns with 421 matching overlaps and no variants, and viewed all six whole native PDF pages, printed 5055–5060. This includes the graphical abstract, Figure 1, Table 1, equation 1, acknowledgments, 55 references and terminal recommendations. The received 1,617,034-byte file was hash-verified; text payload contains 34,702 codepoints excluding labels. Publication is dated May 25, 2023, separately from submission, acceptance and the June 5 download stamp. The file is supplied by a CNR repository; uploader and deposit authority remain unknown.

How we check sources
Not checked yet
- Supporting information, the transparent peer-review report, raw traces, calibration, sample records and cited originals remain unreviewed. The paper reports laboratory measurements; calculations and atmospheric implications were not independently reproduced. Those measurements do not authenticate atmospheric halo crystals or a particular UAP report.
- The authors’ uncertainty terminology remains ambiguous. Native layouts restore an extracted negative sign and preserve a printed vapor-pressure value without silently repairing it. Graphs and published tables are not raw data. Historical disagreement and calls for direct measurements remain qualified; present scientific consensus was not surveyed.
- Acknowledged Ulivi and Donati assistance, fellowships and institutional support have incomplete contact dates, initiators and original records. A reported equipment-support contract does not establish verified execution, material custody or a secret UAP invitation. Repository context and author affiliations do not authenticate a publisher master or uploader authority.
