Activation of JUN in fibroblasts promotes pro-fibrotic programme and modulates protective immunity
The authors report JUN-associated changes in lung fibroblasts and test mechanisms and interventions in engineered cultures and mouse models. Eleven end-stage cases and three cancer-resection controls define the human comparison. Preclinical findings, sampling biases and explicit toxicity cautions prevent claims of proven treatment benefit or safety in patients.

How we check sources
Not checked yet
- Five supplemental visual pages,78 peer-review pages, a DOCX and three workbooks remain unread. Original main PDF, raw data and code remain unreviewed. An additive glyph qualification preserves the form’s instrument as Aria[I/l]iuSORP; exact model and correspondence to main instruments remain unknown.
- Selected end-stage cases and cancer-resection controls are not a healthy volunteer cohort. Cells, fields, repeated cultures and mice are distinct units. Day4 semi-therapeutic mouse intervention and immune-deficient kidney-capsule grafts do not demonstrate benefit in patients.
- Severe pulmonary side-effect and JUN systemic-toxicity cautions are explicit. Counts, diagnoses, sequencing platforms, assay labels, directions, statistics and reporting fields conflict within the supplied source. Funding and manuscript-review/IP context remain alongside the no-competing-interests declaration.
