Adjacent Cell Marker Lateral Spillover Compensation and Reinforcement for Multiplexed Images
REDSEA compensates signal leakage between adjacent segmented cells. Published tests compare correction choices against a fallible manual reference and reused imaging data. Retaining signal and removing ambiguous classifications involve tradeoffs; poor segmentation and several other contamination mechanisms remain unresolved. Source counts, caption panels, equation notation and channel lists conflict. Nolan’s declared instrument-company financial interest and funding disclaimer remain part of the evidence.

All 131 supplied XML units, 25 references and eight native equation structures were read. An initially truncated region was repaired by a separate actual return. Four main figures, all ten advertised supplement pages, 48 antibody-table cells and 225 rounded printed matrix values were reviewed. Matching publisher and repository figures receive no duplicate study credit. Publication is July 5, 2021; received and accepted dates are separate.

How we check sources
Not checked yet
- Original-layout main PDF, full version history, every tiny dense-map label, exact unprinted plot values, raw repositories and executable code were not reviewed. Standalone supplement-license metadata is unknown.
Source limitations
- Figure 1 gives 68,739 versus 68,729 cells; Figure 3 gives 6,295 versus 6,763. Panel descriptions and left/right metric labels conflict with the viewed figures. Neither counts nor captions are silently corrected.
- The selected benchmark field and manual consensus are not independent patients or infallible ground truth. The reported accuracy uses called cells as its denominator. Financial interests, funding and credentials do not establish unrelated UAP claims or classified programme access.
