Highly multiplexed spatial profiling with CODEX: bioinformatic analysis and application in human disease
This narrative review explains CODEX tissue imaging, processing limitations and spatial analysis. Its disease examples summarize cited studies; they do not supply a new patient cohort or independent replication. The review calls for stronger causal and prospective validation.

All 118 supplied XML units, 50 reference entries and both tables were read. Two native conceptual figures were inspected; tiny illustrative matrix characters remain partly unreadable. Online publication November 21, 2022 and January 2023 issue date are distinct.

How we check sources
Not checked yet
- Complete publisher facsimile, underlying cited study bodies, raw cohorts and experimental datasets were not reviewed.
Source limitations
- Spatial association is not causation or clinical guidance. Tools were not executed or benchmarked currently; patent and company-interest disclosures and internal citation/version discrepancies remain explicit. This is scholarly background, without a UAP injury or government programme finding.
