Postmitotic G1 phase survivin drives mitogen-independent cell division of B lymphocytes

This mouse-cell and laboratory-cell study examines continued B-cell division after removal of overt stimulation. Perturbation findings support a survivin-associated role within these models, while sufficiency and physiological generalization remain unestablished. Nolan contributed research and analytic tools; work-level public NIH/NIA support does not establish a classified or UAP approach.

What we checked

Specialist read all 61,128 supplied XML characters in eight contiguous returns, including seven captions and 57 references. Root reviewed the complete analytical packet; no primary-text or pixel reread.

Complete specialist supplied XML text; native apparatus unreviewed

How we check sources

Not checked yet

  • Unique mouse count, sex and assay overlap unestablished; selected cells/nodes are dependent measurements, not patients.
  • Survival support differs from renewed stimulation; not all cells divide. Excess cell death confounds a pathway-inhibitor test.
  • Drug selectivity, target rescue, sufficiency, external validation and in-vivo/clinical relevance remain limited or untested.
  • Caption/prose units, significance legends and fraction labels conflict; no silent correction.
  • NIH/NIA support is work-level with no named individual recipient or award ID.
  • Seven graphics, detailed SI, data, code, cited originals and version history unreviewed.
