Wormhole Induction Propulsion (WHIP)

Davis proposes wormhole propulsion while rejecting a claimed magnetic wormhole solution as a hypercylinder. He cites private technical communications, acknowledges colleagues and reports partial NIDS support. The proposed physics and contacts do not establish an achieved device, classified UAP briefing or recovered hardware.

What we checked

Read the supplied seven paper layouts175–181 (printed157–163), with seven equations, two tables, four conceptual figures and reference page. Leaf180 has no extracted text and was read from its native image. Severe OCR damage, fine glyphs, dark figures and the next-paper pagination jump to165 prevent a complete original-fidelity claim. No independent calculation or experimental replication. January 1999 is the proceedings cover month; the exact day is catalogue metadata. The cover and foreword disagree on the workshop year.

How we check sources

Not checked yet

  • Seven supplied paper layouts were reviewed, with seven equations, two tables and four conceptual figures. Heavy OCR damage, fine glyphs and dark figures prevent complete original fidelity; leaf 180 has no extracted text.
  • The paper spans supplied printed pages 157–163; the next paper begins at 165. Page continuity, the original presentation, cited works, experimental data and independent replication remain unresolved.
  • Private communications and acknowledgments are author-attributed. Original correspondence, exact dates, funding records and verified programme roles were not received. The reported support is NIDS, not established secret government sponsorship.
  • Conceptual figures and theoretical mechanisms do not demonstrate usable propulsion. Operational explosive or nuclear field-generation details are excluded from the public review.
