Breakthrough Propulsion Physics Workshop Preliminary Results (NASA/TM-97-206241)
NASA’s preliminary report documents an invitation-only 1997 propulsion workshop, including Puthoff’s invited presentation and Davis’s listed poster. It preserves skeptical views, inconclusive measurements and unresolved physics. Proposed research, funding and future collaboration are distinguished from achieved technology or classified UAP access.
Read the document at ntrs.nasa.govWhat we checked
Read all 39,770 extracted characters across the 14 received PDF leaves and the NTRS catalogue metadata. Viewed five native layouts (1,5,8,13,14), including all four conceptual figures and the blank leaf. Nine other native layouts and fine glyphs remain unreviewed. The documentation lists 16 pages; the received file has 14 leaves. Original presentations, recordings, invitation letters and experimental records are outside scope. November 1997 is the report month. The August workshop and January 1998 presentation forum are separate events; the catalogue’s November 1 date is metadata.
Complete supplied preliminary report; all figures
How we check sources
Not checked yet
- Nine other native layouts and fine glyphs remain unreviewed. The supplied 14-leaf PDF is fully read; its documentation lists 16 pages. Catalogue reprint terminology and the PDF’s preliminary-preprint notice leave edition concordance unresolved.
- The report summarizes presentations and lists posters, rather than supplying their full texts or recordings. Original invitation letters, funding awards, experiment records, calibrations and cited papers remain outside this review.
- Puthoff’s presentation and Eric W. Davis’s poster are official public-workshop listings. They do not establish clearance, secret briefings, recovered UAP custody or successful propulsion. The separate K. J. Davis poster is not merged with Eric Davis.
- Measurements are reported as inconclusive or qualified; theoretical mechanisms and future tasks remain proposals. A planned contributor network and open solicitation do not establish completed funding or classified access. The earlier newsletter’s group-of-19 membership is not verified by the later workshop count.
