Coordinated Cellular Neighborhoods Orchestrate Antitumoral Immunity at the Colorectal Cancer Invasive Front
The authors analyze spatial immune patterns in selected colorectal-cancer tissue. Thirty-five patients supply140 dependent tissue cores; repeated cells, regions and holdouts do not create new cohorts. Survival findings and correlation-based “communication” are exploratory. A linked correction adds Shigemi Kinoshita to the author list. No clinical efficacy or UAP finding is established.

How we check sources
Not checked yet
- Fifty-eight supplementary PDF pages, the received but unopened workbook, original main layout, formula bitmaps, raw data and code remain unread. Kinoshita’s revised contribution is not supplied and remains unknown. Fine figure details are not exhaustively transcribed.
- The selected17 CLR and18 DII patients are not randomized exposures. Survival uses18 DII patients,13 deaths and an optimal13-versus5 split. Same-cohort feature selection, unadjusted tests, dependent cores and whole-dataset normalization constrain independent validation. Communication denotes a correlation proxy, not measured causal signaling.
- Native front September3 and body August6 are distinct date statements. Figure1’s148 and Methods’149 intermediate selection counts are unresolved. Public defence funding, commercial disclosures and author roles do not demonstrate an undisclosed UAP programme. Raw repositories and scientific code were not executed.
