Nanoscopic subcellular imaging enabled by ion beam tomography
The authors demonstrate destructive ion-beam imaging and computational reconstruction in fixed cells and selected tissue. Calibration resolution, localization precision and theoretical capability remain distinct. Nested depth slices and reconstruction-derived ground truth limit independence. The method is a research demonstration, with no clinical efficacy or UAP finding established.

Read115,618 XML characters in15 complete returns,63 references, six captions and11 native MathML objects. Viewed all six embedded main figures and native pages0,14,15,16 and18 of the19-page publisher PDF. Preserved Nolan’s stated supervision and manuscript roles. Source-native equation defects, reversed Figure5 timing labels and other calibration or cell-line inconsistencies remain qualified.

How we check sources
Not checked yet
- Fourteen full-page layouts, exhaustive fine detail, all47 referenced supplementary figures, Table1, reporting summary, peer review, movies and software remain unreviewed. The bounded archive request exceeded200MB and closed without complete receipt. Raw datasets and code were not received or executed.
- The600 and550 depth sections are dependent slices; four cells per condition and nested image features do not create large patient cohorts. Neural ground truth derives from the same localization pipeline. Proximity and correlation do not establish direct binding or causal mechanisms.
- Fixed specimens and18–20-hour scans do not show continuous live-cell trajectories. Sub-beam precision does not break the ion diffraction limit. Native equation, timing, cell-line, oxygen-calibration and dwell-unit conflicts remain unresolved; published funding and author roles do not establish a secret programme.
