Commonly Occurring Cell Subsets in High-Grade Serous Ovarian Tumors Identified by Single-Cell Mass Cytometry
Mass cytometry identifies tumor-cell subsets and outcome associations in a small ovarian-cancer cohort. Dominant and hybrid clusters did not individually correlate with relapse. Same-cohort marker selection and missing independent validation limit interpretation; cell-line response is not demonstrated patient benefit.

All69,526 native XML characters were read in nine complete returns, including69 references and five captions. All234 table cells and both literal mathematical expressions were separately read. Root matched native text, table, mathematics and17 authors. Native publication is February13,2018; the acquisition index gives February1. This is an author manuscript, with no original layout or usable figure pixels received. An archive contained only an empty image file and provides no visual credit.

How we check sources
Not checked yet
- Seventeen confirmed tumors produced14 outcome-eligible patients, with eight nonrelapse and six relapse cases. Cell events, related acquisitions and the cell-line experiment are not additional independent patient cohorts.
- The three-percent marker threshold was selected in the same dataset. Hazard-ratio reference coding and uncertainty are unprovided. Body and caption p-values differ; cluster counts and native equation binding also conflict. Intended corrections remain unknown.
- Nolan contributed experimental design, interpretation and writing. A pending patent is disclosed alongside the statement of no competing financial interests. Medical research funding does not establish a UAP programme or classified approach.
- All main figures, graphical abstract, original PDF and supplementary nine figures/six tables remain unreviewed. Failed ordinary routes remain closed. Raw data and code were not executed; clinical efficacy, causal mechanism and UAP relevance were not established.
