Detection of Moving Objects in Earth Observation Satellite Images
Keto and Watters use satellite imaging timing to examine apparent motion in one processed scene. Viewing geometry, altitude and mosaicing affect speed estimates. Proposed classifiers are not validated deployments, and a tenfold arithmetic discrepancy remains unresolved in the HTML rendition.

All supplied text, three equations, one table and 11 references were read. Figures 3–8 were inspected; figures 1–2 were unavailable. Version 1 submission metadata gives May 18, 2024. Loeb is not a coauthor.

How we check sources
Not checked yet
- Figures 1–2, native PDF, final journal collation, commercial scene data, calibration and independent replication were not reviewed.
Source limitations
- The HTML worked arithmetic gives about 378 m/s versus the stated 38.5. Timing, factor and uncertainty issues are unresolved rendition findings, without an authenticated final-journal erratum or origin determination.
