The earlier extracted text of all five supplied pages remains credited once. A specialist actually viewed and read all five newly received official House native layouts, zero 0–4 with printed folios 1–5, including the cover stamp, opaque black bar, appendix and all four reference entries. Root reviewed the whole frozen analytical report/evidence and independently verified its inventory; root primary-body reading is false. The hearing date is visibly 9 September 2025; the separate 4 September DOPSR stamp permits open publication and does not verify the claims. Baseline original coverage and dossier fields remain unchanged, with a separate native supplement. Historical byte identity and original collation remain unknown; no oral hearing or sensor-record completion follows.

How we check sources
Not checked yet
- Reading a prepared statement does not independently establish the reported event.
- The summary’s strong ocean-emergence wording remains beside the chronology’s consistent-with interpretation. Acceleration is explicitly subjective; disappearance from a radar display does not uniquely demonstrate physical acceleration. An operator-derived altitude and absence of perceived boom, plume or control surfaces are not calibrated exotic-propulsion tests.
- Own visual/display recollections are distinct from crew reports to an unnamed tactical officer and public recurrence accounts. The 15 February 2023 incident is dated approximately 1915 PST; raw Star SAFIRE/radar, ship timing, original reports and independent watchstander records were not received. The black bar remains opaque, without guessed content.
- Corbell and Knapp are named public-account recipients, but publication dates are not first private-contact dates. Four reference entries share Episode 73 and the same witness/footage family, not four independent observations. Their linked bodies and AV were not read in this lane. Earlier oral uncertainty about underwater origin remains a separate preserved scope.
- Personal-capacity disclaimers, the professional role and publication clearance do not establish anomaly origin, government endorsement, material custody or secret-programme access. Original footage/edit history, dated contacts, report/clearance correspondence and original-edition authentication remain gaps. No medical claim or patient records were added.
