Why I Agreed to Lead the UAP Science Advisory Council for the U.S.Government

Avi Loeb. avi-loeb.medium.com. July 19, 2026.

Loeb reports accepting an ODNI representative’s request to establish a science advisory council and requesting more than 50 items. He describes unclassified council analysis; the article does not demonstrate material delivery or his personal classified access.

NASA Physicist Comes Clean on UFOs & Why We Can't Go Back to The Moon | Kevin Knuth

Kevin H. Knuth, Danny Jones. cockatoo.com. August 18, 2025.

Knuth describes his NASA employment, private research recruitment, unspecified harassment contacts and an anonymous driver’s relayed retrieval story. An unnamed official reportedly did not know the alleged craft count. He distinguishes models from other researchers’ radar analysis and retains corrected ISS and helicopter identifications, null flights and an unfunded proposal. Private contacts and repeated accounts remain distinct from access to recovered craft.

UFOs: What We Know (And Don't Know) with Robert Powell — Somewhere in the Skies 384

Ryan Sprague, Robert Powell. podscripts.co. November 25, 2024.

Powell recounts SCU correspondence requesting AARO’s public analysis and his own witness interviews and Stephenville investigation. The aerial events remain witnesses’ accounts and analytical claims without their original records. He distinguishes those activities from alleged hidden craft documents and acknowledges evidence and access gaps.

Paris Technical Conference Takes a Closer Look at Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena

Baptiste Friscourt. The Debrief. April 6, 2024.

Friscourt reports Mellon’s government-source accounts and interviews him after a Paris presentation. Mellon doubts clear images are available for release. The article also preserves infrared ambiguities, hypnosis concerns and failed analysis as an alternative explanation for contractor silence.

Multi-Band Acoustic Monitoring of Aerial Signatures

Andrew Mead, Sarah Little, Paul Sail, Michelle Tu, Wesley Andrés Watters, Abigail White, Richard Cloete. arxiv.org. May 5, 2023.

The Galileo team describes acoustic monitoring across three frequency bands, using known aircraft examples and proposed future analysis methods. This is an instrumentation paper, with no confirmed anomalous-object detection; Loeb is not a named author.

Interstellar Meteors are Outliers in Material Strength

Amir Siraj, Abraham Loeb. arxiv.org. September 20, 2022.

Siraj and Loeb infer unusually high breakup pressures for two reported meteors from catalogue inputs. IM1 reuses the earlier analysis; IM2 remains a candidate whose interstellar origin requires confirmation. Breakup pressure is a model proxy, rather than a laboratory composition measurement. Early weak flaring, corrected light-curve normalization, sensor bias and small-number population assumptions qualify the conclusions. This paper supplies no new government approach or classified-data receipt.

Confirmation of Interstellar Object: memorandum for NASA Science Mission Directorate

John E. Shaw (typed signer in author-hosted reproduction). lweb.cfa.harvard.edu. March 1, 2022.

This author-hosted reproduction presents a Space Command memorandum to NASA. Its first paragraph attributes 99.999% confidence to the Siraj–Loeb paper; the second reports Mozer’s qualitative confirmation of a sufficiently accurate velocity estimate. It supplies no raw data, numerical uncertainty analysis or researcher classified access. The page concerns the same meteor chain, rather than a new detection or technological-origin finding.

Flow Stars S2E1 — Garry Nolan (Stanford School of Medicine)

Peter O’Toole, Garry Nolan. flowstars.bitesizebio.com. January 12, 2022.

Nolan recounts a CIA-identified office approach for blood-analysis help with reportedly ill pilots and ground personnel. He explicitly says too much time had elapsed to identify immune signatures and that he has no origin conclusion.

Immune cell topography predicts response to PD-1 blockade in cutaneous T cell lymphoma

Darci Phillips, Magdalena Matusiak, Belén Rivero Gutierrez, Salil S Bhate, Graham L Barlow, Sizun Jiang, Janos Demeter, Kimberly S Smythe, Robert H Pierce, Steven P Fling, Nirasha Ramchurren, Martin A Cheever, Yury Goltsev, Robert B West, Michael S Khodadoust, Youn H Kim, Christian M Schürch, Garry P Nolan. ebi.ac.uk. November 18, 2021.

This observational tissue analysis links immune-cell topography to pembrolizumab response in14selected lymphoma patients from an earlier24-patient trial. Seventy regions and large cell counts remain nested within those patients. Assay validation and resampling reuse the same cohort, without an independent clinical test. Several abundance and signature measures were null; the proposed chemokine mechanism is not causally demonstrated. Nolan is a corresponding coauthor/joint supervisor. Published government grants and commercial/patent disclosures remain attributed, without establishing a classified approach or UAP programme.

Functional comparison of PBMCs isolated by Cell Preparation Tubes (CPT) vs. Lymphoprep Tubes

Han Chen, Christian M Schürch, Kevin Noble, Kenneth Kim, Peter O Krutzik, Erika O’Donnell, Jason Vander Tuig, Garry P Nolan, David R McIlwain. ebi.ac.uk. March 30, 2020.

A paired laboratory comparison uses three donors, three operators and eighteen processing aliquots to compare CPT and Lymphoprep methods. Differences in collection and centrifugation form part of the method packages. Nonsignificant results do not establish equivalence. Tables contain endpoint exceptions to broad conclusions, and figure captions and antibody lists conflict. Nolan contributed design, analysis and writing; commercial affiliations and funding are specifically attributed.

Reversibility of Defective Hematopoiesis Caused by Telomere Shortening in Telomerase Knockout Mice

Aparna Raval, Gregory K. Behbehani, Le Xuan Truong Nguyen, Daniel Thomas, Brenda Kusler, Alina Garbuzov, John Ramunas, Colin Holbrook, Christopher Y. Park, Helen Blau, Garry P. Nolan, Steven E. Artandi, Beverly S. Mitchell. journals.plos.org. July 2, 2015.

Selected mouse experiments report recovery of blood and cell readouts after telomerase reactivation, while finding no measurable telomere-length increase. Proposed explanations and a leukemia model remain separate from observations. Native cell-label, genotype, caption and statistical-bound conflicts persist. Nolan contributed analysis and tools and disclosed an instrument-manufacturer financial interest.
