- The linked HowAndWhys article was separately read as S7768. Its narrator53 relays a US-government request to Loeb, naming no official/agency/title/channel/event date or original record. First-person Loeb scientific wording71–74 is a quotation, not another interview/contact witness. UpdatedOctober5 3:09am has unknown timezone/revision history. Magazine→article relay adds no authenticated approach, programme access or custody.
- At45–49 the magazine quotes a MAO NASU institutional assessment and reports a September15seminar, with2022context. The council original and seminar records were not received; named researchers are subjects of criticism, not independently identified council speakers. This is not a received Ukrainian authors’ reply to Loeb. The creator essay98–102 depends on this same magazine/council chain.
