What we checked

A specialist read all 13 text pages and native layouts: 31,430 Unicode page characters, seven figures, 37 equations and 11 references. Root reviewed the analytical packet and verified its files. The arXiv v1 banner is dated 21 September 2009; the received PDF has unexplained October 2018 creation and modification dates.

How we check sources

  • This is a formal model under order, functional-equation, nonnegative valuation and normalization assumptions. Literal order comparisons, complement decomposition, lattice labels, finite-set closure and normalized versus raw values retain unresolved internal qualifications. No empirical UAP data, detection, universal proof audit or calibrated observational probability is established.
  • Related Knuth papers form a shared framework. Cited originals, proceedings, original bytes, proof audits and award records remain unreviewed. Support is attributed to this work from two University at Albany colleges and NASA programmes NNG06GI17G and NNX07AD97A; personal award recipients, contact dates and government approaches are not independently established.
