What we checked

A specialist read all four supplied v1 pages, 15,101 normalized characters, four whole native layouts, three figures with five panels, one numbered equation, three footnotes, acknowledgment and 15 reference entries. Root reviewed the whole final analytical report and evidence and verified pins; root primary reading is false. Official submission is 17 May 2021; native draft/PDF creation is 19 May, and served modification is 23 January 2023.

Supplied preprint text and native layouts; conditional model

How we check sources

Not checked yet

  • No observed lights, measured upper limit, current instrument validation, original data, code, exposure-calculator session, calibrated confidence conversion or comprehensive natural-alternative exclusion was reviewed. Photon-noise assumptions omit full systematics; the paper estimates a 10 ppm floor against a 1 ppm effect. Cited bodies and journal rendition remain unread.
  • Printed blue-curve coefficient, Earth-light percentage, width/variance and illumination-definition discrepancies remain unresolved. Stanford Physics Department support for Tabor and a Breakthrough Prize Foundation grant for Loeb lack award IDs, amounts and dates; academic comments and support do not establish a government approach. The 2035 observatory goal is a historical forecast.
