High-throughput multiplexed serology via the mass-spectrometric analysis of isotopically barcoded beads

This serology technology article was reviewed only for descriptive background, author roles, funding, disclosures and bibliography. Aggregate assay counts do not establish independent participant counts or clinical performance; their target-count arithmetic remains unresolved within this scope. Nolan shares an acknowledged NIH award with Julien Sage and is a corresponding author/joint supervisor. Patent and company interests are declared. Results, Discussion, Methods and figure captions remain excluded; no UAP or private-approach inference follows.

What we checked

Specialist read 21,426 permitted XML characters across 527 nodes in six untruncated returns, plus 47 bibliography entries. Eight ranges totaling 48,362 characters remain excluded, including all Results, Discussion, Methods and seven captions. Root reviewed the complete analytical packet; no primary text or pixels reread.

Partial descriptive XML; Results, Discussion and Methods excluded

How we check sources

Not checked yet

  • Samples, barcodes and test slots do not establish unique donor counts. Selection, reuse, timepoints, controls and FIND cohort denominators remain unverified.
  • The aggregate test count differs from the calculation using 19 named targets, sample count and two antibody classes. The extra target-equivalent slot is unresolved, not an established error.
  • Results, Discussion and Methods remain excluded. Validation, null results, clinical performance, batch controls, data splits and external testing are unreviewed.
  • Nolan and Sage share the acknowledged NIH award 3U19AI100627-09S2. Other recipients are preserved separately. Public CDC support or thanks do not establish a secret approach or agency adoption.
  • Patent application PCT/US2022/011620 and Capture Bioscience interests are disclosed; the patent, company and award records were not independently audited.
  • Seven captions and graphics, native pages, supplements, reviewer reports, datasets, code and cited originals remain unreviewed. Six other virology bodies remain held and unread.
