Dasatinib overcomes glucocorticoid resistance in B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia
This leukemia paper reports laboratory, mouse and limited human-sample findings. The primary-sample combination result at 48 hours does not improve apoptosis beyond steroid alone; longer-culture observations use two selected specimens. Mouse survival findings require qualification for unequal toxicity censoring. It does not establish human combination-treatment efficacy. Nolan is credited with resources and clinical data alongside a coauthor, without a named funding award or government/UAP approach in this article.

Specialist read 77,590 permitted supplied XML characters in ten untruncated returns, including six main captions and 67 reference entries. Operational retroviral-generation section Sec17, 1,674 characters, excluded before reading; supplied article remains partial. Root reviewed the full final analytical report/evidence, without directly rereading primary text or pixels. Native graphics, supplements, data, code, trial/cited originals and publication history remain unreviewed.

How we check sources
Not checked yet
- Supplied XML remains partial: operational retroviral-generation Sec17 excluded unread. Ten permitted returns account for77,590characters with exact excluded range[52655,54329). No complete received-cohort increment.
- Healthy profiling uses three RNA donors; healthy CyTOF Results/captions say three versus Methods four, with a plate reference possibly involved but unreconciled. Sorted populations, cells and repeated assays are nested, not independent people.
- Two cell-line ancestries plus a derivative and repeated laboratory experiments are not patients. Reported combination interaction is synergistic in one model and additive in the other; universal synergy is unsupported.
- Nineteen primary diagnostic/relapse specimens come from two centres; unique-person counts and pairing remain unknown without supplements. Eleven responders/eight nonresponders are classified in the same assay, without independent prospective outcome validation.
- At48hours combination treatment does not improve apoptosis beyond steroid alone. Two selected nonresponder specimens show a later culture effect; altered duration/context and selection qualify extrapolation. Marker redistribution is not direct lineage tracing.
- Nine diagnosis/day8 paired clinical samples follow a steroid-only exposure, not a human combination trial. Exact overlap with the ex-vivo specimens/prior cohorts remains unknown. Patient survival efficacy is not shown.
- One female-mouse model and two experiments use different regimens. Gastrointestinal toxicity causes attrition; survival censoring excludes two steroid-group and five combination-group toxicity deaths. Reported leukemia-focused survival is not unqualified all-cause safety or patient benefit.
- Healthy apoptosis, pre-B receptor comparisons and several signalling panels are nonsignificant. Clinical CD20 p=.063 is called significant in prose; TdT values, star legend, sorting gate, donor count and classifier marker enumeration differ. No silent repair or fabrication inference.
- Nolan is author8of12, grouped with Gaipa for resources and clinical data, without being marked corresponding, analysis lead or supervisor. The grouping does not identify personal chart ownership or care.
- Foundation/fellowship support is assigned to Davis, Gaipa, Sarno and Domizi; no explicit Nolan recipient or project award identifiers. The Hyundai funder registry identifier is not a grant number. Authors declare no competing interests; current finances are unaudited.
- Six graphics/native layouts, supplements, reporting/source-data files, research datasets/code, trial records, reviewer bodies and cited originals unread. References65/67 duplicate one paper. No patient charts collected or experiments/clinical advice performed.
