Subcellular localization of biomolecules and drug distribution by high-definition ion beam imaging
This cultured-cell imaging study maps biomolecules and drug distribution at fine spatial scales, with limited skin-tissue validation. Small cell samples and nested voxels limit generalization; 33 fields/cells across treatment groups came from one experiment. The proposed nuclear-pore pumping mechanism is an interpretation, without a demonstrated causal intervention or clinical outcome. Acknowledged NIH, Army and foundation support does not establish a secret approach or UAP programme. Nolan is a corresponding author and joint supervisor. The paper declares no competing interests; native graphics, supplements and underlying data remain unreviewed.

Specialist read all 106,079 supplied normalized XML characters in 12 contiguous untruncated returns, including the abstract, body, methods, six main figure captions, declarations and 88 references. Root reviewed the complete frozen analytical report/evidence and selectively checked the two-cell sampling paragraph, figure 6 caption, proposed mechanism, acknowledgements and competing-interest statement; root did not read the entire source. Native figures/PDF, supplements, movies, data/code and cited originals remain unreviewed.
Complete specialist supplied XML text; native graphics unreviewed
How we check sources
Not checked yet
- Native figure pixels and original PDF/layout
- Supplementary Information: cited Figs S1–S35, Tables S1–S4 and Notes 1–3
- Supplementary movies 1–4
- Reporting Summary, Peer Review File and Description of Additional Supplementary Files bodies
- Original raw imaging and sequencing data, GEO accession and analysis code
- Underlying 88 cited originals and instrument specifications
- Independent award agreements, amendments and programme purpose documents
- Current publisher version/correction history
- Skin donor count and demographic details unavailable in supplied main-text methods
- Complete supplied XML text is specialist reading, not full root source consumption, native-layout review or a complete illustrated article. No UAP subjects or anomalous material were studied.
- Two-cell and five-cell voxel samples and 33 fields/cells from one drug-imaging experiment are nested observations, not independent patient cohorts. Donor count/demographics for the skin sample remain unspecified.
- Reported nuclear exclusion and proposed nuclear-pore pumping are distinct. No named-pump causal test or clinical drug-resistance outcome was established.
- Public grant acknowledgements and institutional facility support retain exact recipient qualifications. Award agreements were not read; classified contact, a programme invitation and UAP access were not established.
- Caption/prose plane-count and isotope-label discrepancies, source clustering counts and repeated NIH award identifier remain unresolved. No competing interests are declared in this article; other papers’ equity statements were not imported.
