UFO Afrinews No5 (January 1992) — revised testimony and disputed Kalahari contacts

Hind revisits witness accounts and the disputed Kalahari story, preserving missing replies, revised ages and descriptions, alleged threats and competing interpretations. The security claims pass through unnamed callers and intermediaries. A reported confession rejects Van Greunen’s claimed rank and participation while describing unnamed sources; it does not authenticate the underlying event. Negative observations and unachieved follow-ups remain visible.

How we check sources

Not checked yet

  • All supplied extracted text and thirteen native layouts were reviewed, including a regional map, reconstructed witness diagrams and garbled-text repairs. Eleven other layouts and fine glyphs remain unreviewed. Original recordings, letters, newspapers, documents, clinical, official and technical records and cited books remain outside scope.
  • Alleged security threats and an execution pass through unnamed intermediaries. A café observer inferred an agent’s identity. Hind disputes the stories; David Powell did not confirm the alleged military rumours. No classified invitation, programme access, authenticated document or official contact is established.
  • Henry’s civilian conference contact was an unnamed attendee claiming university research; Hind obtained no name or address. A local doctor was repeatedly refused in Henry’s account. Witness drawings are reconstructions, not photographs. Failed replies, disputed dates, revised ages and ordinary explanations remain attributed.
  • The reported Van Greunen confession denies rank and participation and refers to things he was told by unnamed sources. Hind and Wintle retain competing interpretations, with Wintle admitting no concrete facts could be believed. Book excerpts and historical listings are not full books; electromagnetic speculation is untested.
