UFO Afrinews No19 (January 1999) — military-contact stories and unresolved follow-ups
Pete Willsher recalls questioning by military personnel and a colonel showing photographs; separate stories describe Edwin’s alleged police encounter and reported Air Force transport for Elizabeth Klarer. The issue also records unresolved witness follow-ups, ordinary explanations and disputed book claims. Each account retains its speaker, relay chain and missing originals.

Viewed seven native layouts (1,2,4,10,11,17,18), including both reconstructed diagrams, January 1999 dating and the remembered B02/14 form identifier. - All supplied extracted text and seven native layouts, including two reconstructed diagrams, were reviewed. Seventeen other layouts, fine glyphs, interview recordings, letters, clinical originals and underlying books remain outside scope. Exact publication day is unknown.
- Willsher’s German and English base names and early 1970s dates are uncertain. Officers are unnamed; form B02/14 is a remembered identifier with conflicting OCR. Original photographs, base records, tour itinerary, form and separate Terry Allen testimony were not received. His account does not verify a secret programme or disclosure policy.
- Edwin’s radio/police story and Klarer’s alleged military transport are relayed accounts without badge identities, event dates, flight logs or official records. Hind’s threatening phone call was later identified as a human bookwriter. Reported contact is not proof of government custody, recruitment or alien origin.
- Stuart’s specialist check and Zamei’s independent local interview remained pending. Original radiographs were unavailable and reported dates or explanations differ. Medical causation, implants, dimensional interpretations and reviewed-book programme claims remain unverified; no private patient records were collected.
