Unidentified Aerial Phenomena. Characterization of Dark UAPs
This preprint infers large sizes, speeds and low albedo from Kyiv observations and third-party lunar and combat videos. The interpretation depends on calibration and geometry assumptions; original recordings and raw data are absent. Repeated events, conflicting numbers and uncertain video custody remain explicit.

- The preprint explicitly overlaps earlier author text and repeats October 2022 events; this is not independent replication. Albedo, dimensions and velocity statements disagree. Figure 8 is a calculated color ellipse, not an object photograph; image interpretation does not establish nonhuman hardware.
