Ryan Graves — Written Statement for House Oversight UAP Hearing
Graves distinguishes his multisensor observations from colleagues’ visual reports and accounts received by Americans for Safe Aerospace. He relays Gallaudet’s account of a 2015 safety email and presumed classification; original messages and sensor records were not supplied. Software glitches and foreign drones appear as ordinary possibilities. Aircraft performance and commercial-witness estimates remain attributed claims. Reporting and declassification proposals are recommendations; official hosting does not establish the encounter interpretations.

Earlier accepted 169 extracted lines, zero 0–168, remain credited once. A specialist actually viewed and read all five newly received official House native layouts, zero 0–4, including the final unfinished Kirkpatrick sentence and the single PDF 4 footnote. Root reviewed the whole frozen analytical report/evidence and independently verified its inventory; root primary-body reading is false. No date is printed on the pages; 26 July 2023 is registered hearing metadata. Earlier byte identity and revision chronology are unknown. This adds native attribution review, with zero duplicate narrative credit, not oral hearing completion.
Received written text and native layouts; originals and interpretation gaps
How we check sources
Not checked yet
- Own radar/infrared observations are distinct from colleagues’ cube-in-sphere visuals, squadron performance reports and ASA submissions. Initial software-glitch and possible foreign-drone explanations remain. Raw calibrated tracks, identity matches, timing and propulsion evidence were not received; witness estimates do not prove technology or origin.
- The 2015 SIPRNET safety email is relayed through Gallaudet. Its Operations Commander sender and deputy remain unnamed, removal the next day is reported and presumed SAP classification is an interpretation. Graves’s statement is not an original email, classification decision, achieved read-in or custody receipt.
- Similar commercial accounts and private ASA intake do not create independent originals or firsthand Graves observations. Altitude, orbital estimates and rejection of Starlink remain unvalidated. The April 2022 FAA alert is attributed but unreceived; the PDF 4 footnote instead cites the 2021 ODNI assessment, whose body was not read in this lane.
- The final native page literally ends a Kirkpatrick sentence with SOMETHING. It is not silently repaired as an OCR defect. Graves expresses uncertainty about a possible position change; the original interview and exact date are missing. Classification is stated as his understanding, and claimed full GIMBAL data are not released here.
- Original hearing and Q&A, radar/video, full GIMBAL/GOFAST records, safety reports, emails, FAA data, ASA originals and interview remain gaps. Organizational memberships and expertise counts are self-stated, not a current independent audit. Proposed regulations are not enacted rules; historical byte and physical-original assurance remain unknown.
