Nuccetelli written statement

Nuccetelli reports five incidents and information from six service members, while personally seeing one event. Contractor and guard accounts are distinguished from his own radio reception, response and arrival. He attributes investigation records to the command and claimed custody to AARO and the FBI without supplying originals. A later patrol account retains hovered-or-landed uncertainty; subsequent threats have unnamed actors. His own visual account and author rejection of misidentification do not establish every reported interpretation.

What we checked

The accepted three-page extracted body remains preserved, with its earlier line count unknown. Root actually viewed and read all three newly received official House native layouts, zero 0–2, including the conclusion, and the current 73 web-extracted lines, zero 0–72, with zero duplicate narrative credit. Root reviewed the entire frozen analytical report/evidence and verified its inventory. The native pages print no date; 9 September 2025 remains hearing metadata. Immutable original coverage and dossier fields remain intact; the native supplement is separate. This is received written-source review, not full hearing or original-record completion.

Received written text and native layouts; originals and interpretation gaps

How we check sources

Not checked yet

  • Five reported 2003–2005 incidents and information from six service members are source-level counts, not six independently received witness originals. The 14 October 2003 Boeing contractor red-square relay is distinct from the later-night guard account. Nuccetelli’s radio reception, response and arrival do not make the guards’ performance reports his own direct sighting.
  • Command documentation and investigation are attributed assertions. Claimed AARO/FBI holding of Air Force records is not a verified transfer or custody receipt. Blotters, radio logs, sensor calibration, original communications and records were not attached. Missile-defence or NRO context does not establish classified programme access.
  • A patrol report about a week later describes an object that hovered OR landed; this uncertainty is preserved. Unannounced aircraft was considered. A later threat or instruction to stay quiet is relayed with no exact date, actor, agency or original message. It is not evidence of an identified government approach, read-in or programme.
  • A reported 2005 triangular-object patrol incident is distinct from Nuccetelli’s own backyard visual account with two friends. The own-event date is not explicit; a precise date or year is not inferred from adjacent chronology. Apparent height, duration and trajectory are qualitative recollections, not calibrated measurements.
  • The author’s rejection of misidentification does not independently eliminate ordinary alternatives. Research, declassification and witness-protection requests and predicted biological benefits are proposals, not experiments or clinical findings. Original hearing/Q&A, witness accounts, imagery, radio, command/custody records, threats, exact dates and earlier byte/physical-original identity remain gaps.
