David Fravor — Statement for House Oversight Committee
Fravor describes his November 2004 visual encounter separately from controller radar reports and a later crew’s recording. The inferred transit assumes a subsequent radar return was the same object. He reports contacts from Stratton, Dietrich and Elizondo; Dietrich’s Pentagon invitations are relayed. The 2016 conversation and ensuing resignation/TTSA chronology remain unresolved.
